Chloroprene Rubber Bellow, also call Neoprene Rubber Bellows & CR Rubber Bellows, which mainly used as a protective cover expansion joints & boots to maintain inner equipment preformance, especially, good physical property, oil-proof performance, weather resistance, ozone resistance and aging resistance.
Elastomeric Chloroprene Rubber Bellows mainly made by silicone rubber compression molding, extrusion moulding or rubber injection moulding.

Neoprene & Chloroprene Rubber Bellows Advantage:

Chloroprene Rubber Bellows have good Oil-proof: Oil Resistance ranks only second to that of NBR rubber bellow and FKM rubber bellows

Neoprene & Chloroprene Rubber Bellows have Good Physical Property: Have a good tensile strength, elongation crystalline and adhesion

Neoprene Rubber Bellows have a certain Heat & Flame Resistance: Chloroprene Rubber heat resistance is equal to that of NBR materials

Neoprene & Chloroprene Bellows good weather resistance, ozone resistance and aging resistance, is rank only second to EPR Gasket and II R ( Isobutylene Isoprene Rubber ). Acid & alkali resistance and anti chemical: Norganic acid and alkali resistance is good

Chloroprene Rubber Bellows working temperature:
1. 80℃ ～ 100℃ for a long time
2. 120℃ ～150℃ for a short period
3. Decomposing temperature is 230℃～260℃

Neoprene & Chloroprene Rubber Bellows Disadvantage:

Neoprene Bellows cold tolerance and insulation are poor.
Neoprene Rubber Bellows bad storage stability easily appearing self-vulcanization phenomenon and it tend to harden as Mooney Viscosity increases.
