Blind Rubber Grommet, also called Closed Rubber Grommet, Blanking Grommet and Blind Plug Grommet,  which is used  to protect from sharp edges. Closed rubber grommet is mostly used for anti-vibration and protect against abrasion damage from wires, tubes, and other objects.There isn't a hole inside the blind grommet. Wires are around through the ouside hole.
