Silicone Rubber Parts Process: 1. Making Silicone Rubber Mold Tooling 2. After finished mold, produce silicone rubber samples (about 5-10 molds) for test 3. Test each cavity silicone rubber samples by 3D projectors if dimensions within tolerances. Same precision samples need to cut (Cutting cross section) which is easy to test the sizes and designs. 4.If dimensions is ok, send the whole piece of silicone products to 3M tape factory for deal with adhesive tape.
Notes: 1. If big silicone rubber products, burring firstly, and then deal with 3M adhesive tape
2. If small silicone rubber parts, generally deal with adhesive tape firstly, and then choose fixture tooling (cutting/punching die) to burring. Or removing the big barbs, and then deal with the adhesive tape, finally fixture tooling (cutting/punching die) to burring.
3M Adhesive Process
1. Paste double sides adhesive tape with the anti-adhesive sides of anti-adhesive paper;
2. Cutting the inner round holes by cutting die;
3. Silicone products be coated Silica gel treatment agent; (Notes: Silica gel treatment agent should be even/ well-distributed; and should not coat on the surface of silicone products)
4. Right placed stick double sides adhesive tape , the surface of adhesive tape should be even.(Notes: Should not a little off; and should not have bubble.)
5. Next Die Cutting for burring
6. After finished die cutting, check if have less materials or not clear cutting.
7. Test the finished products by 3D projects and amplification instrument
8. Before package, check the silicone+3M tape one by one.
