Multi Color Keypad

Multi-color keypad, also called Multi color keyboard, which made of elastomer silicone rubber materials, and shows different color rubber buttons.

That have four ways to produce silicone rubber multi-color keypad:

Color Coated Multi-Color Keypads, which made by color spraying coating. This types multi color keyboards is most expensive, especially, for many different color. Because that need much labors and also need making plastic or silicone rubber protective key covers. Before spray coating, workers should set protect key covers into to buttons which needn't color coating, and then do spraying coated process.  Mostly, Color Coating Multi Color keypads is used in legends Laser etching for backlight effects

Multi-Color Keyboard also can made by key-setting, which is common in silicone rubber remote control keypad.
This type multi color keyboard will shows silicone materials flow marks when keypad production. Before remote controller assembling, silicone keypads seems not beautiful, however, this type process is most cheap.


Silk Screen Printing Multi-color Keyboard: This kinds multi color keypad is like legends print keypads. Only key top surface is color screen printed or color coated.


Multi Color keyboard also can made by compression overmolding, which knows as dual durometer keypads, which produce different colors or durometer silicone buttons, and then set into tooling to finish whole keyboard.
